string fgetc ( resource $handle )Vrátí řetězec obsahující jediný znak přečtený ze souboru odkazovaného pomocí deskriptoru fp. Je-li konec souboru (EOF), vrací FALSE.
Deskriptor souboru musí být platný a musí ukazovat na soubor úspěšně otevřený pomocí fopen(), popen(), nebo fsockopen().
